These buildings, which no longer exist, were in the 500 block of Broad Street. The neighboring Blum's storefront appears to be 552. Beside that was Scott's Toys and Used Furniture. Banks Cafe was already closed when I took this shot, forlorn decorations hanging in its window. However, I could swear I remember eating breakfast there once.
