The historical First Presbyterian Church located at 642 Telfair Street. The church was established in 1804 and the building completed in 1812. Wikipedia reports it was initially in the Classical style, then changed in 1847 "to incorporate Romanesque round-arched windows and doors and crenllated parapet walls." The original design is said to still be "evident" in the shape and scale of the building.
