Five Points Plaza was formerly the First Federal Building, constructed in 1964. The Metropolitan, built in, 1911, was originally the Third National Bank Building, then Atlanta Federal Savings and Loan when it was resurfaced with aluminum in the 1960s. In 1996 it was converted to condos.
