Views from the Road, 2005

The 2005 series is from a late September to mid October trip, the concentration being on scenes from Kansas to Arizona. Memory isn't constant and absolutely faithful to reality. It sharpens some elements, subdues others, emboldens some colors, darkens others. One can have a memory in which one color and element stands out while the rest recedes in a blurry black-and-white.
