You sure that’s not George Bush, finally explaining the war to Cindy Sheehan?

Could be, but he wouldn’t be doing much explaining. H.o.p. tells me that when in “this state” the robot can only roar, not talk (notice the clenched teeth). As Oh Great Leader is refusing to talk to Cindy then this could well be a picture of him.
