Rose Quartz poised herself for an experiment with adding color to the stage. "I am a symbol of steadfast courage grappling with incomprehensible, cosmic forces," she reminded herself, but felt transparent and vulnerable. She had eaten see food and was unable to convince her brain that her stomach wasn't queasy.
