This gallery of old art is primarily just for the archive. Not much is here as: (1) In 1975, when I was 17 I left home with only the clothes on my back and later only had a few pieces of my art returned to me; (2) in a fit of angst I threw out almost all my paintings from the mid 70s through the early 90s in 1996; (2) in 1998 a tree fell on the duplex in which we were living, tearing through the roof of the room I used for my studio, and almost all of my inks and drawings were damaged; (4) I didn't have a camera for a number of years pre digital days and don't have a photo record of pieces that were sold; (5) I have managed to retain a few old pieces but they are almost all in storage, including the very large works I painted in the 90s.
