Doctors say the infant shows polydactylism.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/idyllopuspress.com\/meanwhile\/images2\/polydactylnotgarden.jpg\" height=\"526\" width=\"370\"\/><\/p>\n<p>I think artists call this foreshortening.  And with some people that part of the foot sticks out more when standing than the pinky toe.<\/p>\n<p>This is all remarkably like when celeb blogs go on about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2007\/05\/16\/extra-toe-prah-winfrey\/\">Ophrah&#8217;s sixth toe <\/a> (non existent) or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.celebitchy.com\/1753\/kate_hudson_does_not_have_six_toes\/\">Kate Hudson&#8217;s sixth toe<\/a> but as you can see she <a href=\"http:\/\/www.celebitchy.com\/1753\/kate_hudson_does_not_have_six_toes\/2\">does not have six toes.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>But physicians get extra credibility by discussing in terms like <i>postaxial polydactyly of type A<\/i> and hypothesizing on Raphael recruiting models from families who exhibit this <i>autosomal dominant trait with variable expressivity<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bmj.com\/cgi\/content\/short\/327\/7418\/E33\">Some physicians<\/a> also claimed that the Pope&#8217;s right hand, in Raphael&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/e\/ea\/Raffael_051.jpg\">La Madonna Sistina<\/a>, shows six fingers.<\/p>\n<p>I think artists call this sixth finger  the palm of the hand.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/idyllopuspress.com\/meanwhile\/images2\/polydactylnotmadonna.jpg\" height=\"627\" width=\"386\"\/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Some doctors got themselves all in a hubbub over finding what they believe is nearly incontrovertable evidence that Raphael used polydactyl models.
