The assaults allegedly occurred in 2004, when the two women were 17-year-old high school students&#8230;one was told she had to have sex if she wanted to join the Marines&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>The agreement also requires that female recruiters be available for young women, and that female supervisors must be present at any <strong>Marine-sanctioned slumber parties<\/strong> that include female recruits or applicants. <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Maybe they pop popcorn, eat S&#8217;mores, play computer games and tell potential recruits  this is just a small taste of how Service will  be  like a fun extended-stay summer camp away from the scrutiny of your parents.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, and toss in a little rape as a recruitment incentive.  &#8220;You can only come play on the battlefield if I get to rape you first!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Do you think the Marines are still scratching their heads over how that failed to be much of a success?<\/p>\n<p>P.S.
