hmmm…when Bill Clinton suggested something like this for a national healthcare plan, everybody freaked out and screamed “socialism! communism!”
I guess if it’s national security, rather than something humaine like national healthcare, it’s okay….(shaking head)…amazing

Read that some states are planning on taking it to court and that there will be other court battles, but what can we expect if it lands in Bush and Homeland Security approved courts?
600 organizations were saying no, no, no–and still it happened. We should hope that some hefty court battles ensue. ACLU says it is considering now the manner in which they’ll lodge a suit.
