In The platelets rise to the top post I exhibited the results of mixing together red hots, lima beans and lentils in karo syrup, as instructed to do in the R.E.A.L. Science book, something about learning something about blood composition.
Our (or my) natural inclination is to let things like this sit a few days sometimes and see what results.
And because I’m bored beyond belief and absolutely uninspired these days I pulled out the camera so you can see what twenty-four hours hath revealed.
The defective red hot.
Defective in that it didn’t sink to the bottom like the other red hots. I even stirred it again away from the side and it is resolutely refusing to join the gang.
One single red hot floating with the lentils and limas, stubbornly refusing to behave like the rest of the red hots.
