H.o.p. picked out for me the best cheese a couple of weeks ago. Was expensive but so good I finished it off in two days. Had never tried this kind before. When done, I threw out the wrapper without thinking to write down the name and now Marty and I are kicking ourselves because we have no idea what the cheese was.
