Marty was mad at me over this one. I was standing in a driveway, easily observed (I thought, and was), but a speedy car with someone talking on a cell phone about ran me over.
“You know you were about run over!!”
“Oh. Sorry.”
Wouldn’t have been worth it to have been run over.
